THE HELMET SHELL

• The unique production method of helmet shells at SCHUBERTH enables low weight with optimum stability. The Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) is an innovation from SCHUBERTH. An endless glass thread is cut into pieces by a robot and blown into a mold. This preform is baked under high pressure in a heatable mold to form a helmet shell with exceptional strength with addition of an exactly defined amount of resin.
• A multi-part construction of the inner shell allows a high power absorption and ensures greater safety.

OPTIMAL VENTILATION

• Thanks to our innovative head ventilation hood, your head is ventilated in the interior of your helmet even on longer tours.
• Ventilation channels are already integrated in the helmet shell, so that a particularly high air circulation is achieved. Special driving comfort thanks to special ventilation.
• The helmet also has noticeable aerodynamics: directional stability, no lift, no flutter - thanks to the shaping developed in the wind tunnel

THE MICRO LOCK RATCHET LOCK:
PRECISE AND SECURE

• The ratchet lock allows the chin strap to be put on easily and in a manner tailored to your head every time the helmet is put on. The chin belt length can be adjusted on both sides.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH

• Preinstalled the microphone and speakers for the SC1 M and SRC M1 communication systems.
• Optionally equipped with the new communication system SC1 M, which connects up to three subscribers in seconds. Navigation, music and telephoning with the best sound - with the 2 Bluetooth sources® also possible at the same time.

DIVERSITY THAT PROVIDES VISIBILITY

• Five shades of sight offer the right protection for every taste. The visor can be changed without tools and with only two handles or replaced with an umbrella in titanium or matt black.

VARIED & QUIET

• The M1 PRO is optimally prepared for driving with and without a visor.
• Thanks to the new acoustic concept with optimized neck padding and noise reduction in the area of mechanical attachments, the M1 PRO achieves approx. 85 dB(A) at 100km/h on an unclad motorcycle.

• The motorcycle helmet complies with the ECE R 22.05 test standard and can therefore be used throughout Europe. The helmet is available in sizes from XS to 2XL. This corresponds to head sizes from 52 to 63 centimeters
