Redefining scales: A revised acoustic and fit concept makes C4 PRO CARBON, C4 PRO and C4 BASIC the quietest and most comfortable folding helmets SCHUBERTH has ever built. The C4 PRO achieves approximately 85 dB(A) at 100 km/h on an unclad motorcycle thanks to optimized neck padding and noise reduction in the area of mechanical attachments.

FOR A COOL HEAD: THE INTERIOR EQUIPMENT

The Coolmax® The interior is designed for a safe and comfortable seat of the helmet. The fabrics are fast drying – washable and antibacterial. The seamless head cushion and the integrated spectacle channel ensure maximum wearing comfort. High air circulation through multi-channel ventilation creates additional cooling for the helmet carrier. Naturally, the interior is Oeko-Tex 100 certified, removable and washable.

HIGH-TECH ON SAFETY: THE HELMET SHELL

The unique production method of helmet shells at SCHUBERTH enables low weight with optimum stability. The Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) is an innovation from SCHUBERTH. An endless glass thread is cut into pieces by a robot and blown into a mold. This preform is baked under high pressure in a heatable mold with the addition of an exactly defined amount of resin to form a helmet shell with exceptional strength.

A multi-part construction of the inner shell allows a high power absorption and ensures greater safety.
