Thanks to the latest fibreglass technology, all air pockets are pressed out in this special process. Thus, a 100% material bond is achieved. This results in a high-strength and resilient outer shell with maximum insulation values. The two soft inner shells (Twin Shell) achieve a TOP value in the ECE 22.05 test. An impact on the outer shell is thus absorbed over a wide area and distributed over the entire helmet.

Equipped with a high-quality, removable as well as washable inner lining and double-D closure system.
One of the smallest and lightest jet helmets on the market with only +/- 650 g.

How the „Twin-Shell-System“ works:

The „Twin-Shell-System“ exchangeable shell is a combination of two soft shells inside the helmet. Through this special process, we achieve absolute TOP values in the ECE-22.05 test:
The hard impact on the outer shell is absorbed over a wide area and distributed over almost the entire helmet. The residual impact force is directed to the specially developed and patented „Twin-Shell-System" and insulates optimally.

After removing, the second Twin-Shell, the helmet can be optimised for another size and then falls out even smaller. *Note
