Made with the latest fibreglass technology, all air pockets are pressed out in this special process. Thus, a 100% material bond is achieved. This results in a high-strength and resilient outer shell with maximum insulation values. The two soft inner shells achieve a TOP value in the ECE 22.05 test. An impact on the outer shell is thus absorbed over a wide area and distributed over the entire helmet.

Equipped with a high-quality, removable and washable inner lining and double-D closure system.

SO THE „TWIN-SHELL-SYSTEM“WORKS;
The „TWIN-SHELL-SYSTEM“ is a combination of two soft shells inside the helmet. This special process enables us to achieve absolute TOP values in the ECE-22.05 test:
The hard impact on the outer shell is absorbed over a wide area and distributed over almost the entire helmet. The residual impact force is directed to the specially developed and patented „TWIN-SHELL-SYSTEM“ and is optimally insulated.
